BRUSH CLEANING + JOURNALING MAKEUP WORKSHOP

SUNDAY, MARCH 19TH | 2PM-3PM

Answer honestly: When was the last time you cleaned your makeup brushes and sponges? A few months ago?A couple years ago? Never? It’s ok AND we can do better!

Professional makeup artists clean their brushes after every use because it prevents the growth of bacteria and keeps applicators working like they should. Taking care of sponges and makeup brushes helps individuals maintain proper care of their cosmetics, too, as it minimizes the spread of bacteria and prevents the makeup formulas from breaking down. Sanitized beauty tools are imperative to achieve a pristine makeup application.

Similar to decluttering the debris from makeup tools, one of the easiest ways to begin clearing out “mind clutter” is to journal thoughts.

Journaling provides a clearer picture of personal thoughts and beliefs. When examined, the ideas on the pages allow deep dives into what’s behind them.

Clearing mental clutter is a process. Before underserving impressions can be released, identifying what’s really happening in the mind must be revealed.

Join F.A.C.E. for “Brush Cleaning + Journaling” Makeup Workshop! Bring your personal makeup brushes (up to 10) and learn how to properly and quickly clean your beauty tools. The second half of class will be a surprise mini journaling prompt and discussion. All supplies provided.
